CÔTE D’IVOIRE: CLOSING OF THE REGULATORY AGENCY

The processing of approval projects suspended from this day April 17, 2020 reported in an official note from the agency (ARTCI). Indeed, a case of coronavirus has been confirmed within the regulatory body. To this end, the ARTCI and AIGF (Ivorian Frequency Management Agency) have invited their agents to complete confinement for 14 days from Monday April 20 until May 3, 2020.

Note that employees will work from home until further notice.

This situation will impact type approval process because for the time being, the agency has not disclosed how to receive the samples, pay the invoices, sign and issue certificates, the status of projects already submitted.

As reminder this new confirmed coronavirus case will further slow approval-type activities in the country.
